He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Watkins and Christine DeArmond; his siblings, Judy Massey and Roy Watkins; and his stepfather William DeArmond.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Watkins (Kitchens); his daughters, Christy Watkins Wall of Glasgow and Jessica Watkins of Bowling Green; his siblings, Janet Plummer of Venice, FL, Shirley Pedigo (Danny) of Glasgow, Barbara Miller of Upton, KY., Betty Riggs (Robert) of Upton, KY., Glen Watkins (Sandy) of Bowling Green and Philip Watkins (Tabitha) of Bowling Green; and his grandchildren, Ava Wall, Ellie Wall, Kameron Jones and Kylan Jones.
