He was predeceased by: his grandmother Cooke Estes; and his son-in-law Jimmie Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Rector Estes; his children, Jack Loyd Estes (Diane), Joe Estes, Jeff Estes (Kim) and Susann Wilson Butler (Devin); his grandchildren, Stephen Loyd Estes (Heidi), Mary Kaylen Estes, Lauren Estes Collins (Rodney), Drew Estes, Hannah Estes Johnson (Michael), Halle Estes, Corbin Wilson and Lindsey Wilson Blevins (Meritt); his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Hayden Estes; and his sister-in-law Patsy Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to: Smiths Grove Baptist Church building fund.
