He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McGuire and Emma Forbis McGuire; his wife Thelma Lois Crumpton McGuire; his daughter Diane Marcum; his grandsons, Anthony Marcum and Trevor Combs; and his brother Charles McGuire.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Lowe (Ricky) and Vickie Emerson (James) of Smiths Grove; his grandchildren, James Minor, Michael Lowe, Scotty Lowe, Philip Lowe, Tiffany Combs and Joe Emerson; and his sister Nancy Oliphant (Doug) of Glasgow. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
