He was predeceased by: his mothers, Muriel F. Shaffer and Elizabeth Johnson Shaffer; his daughter Angie Robinson; and his sister Betty Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Jean Shaffer; his stepdaughters, Kelley Hargrove (Dalen) and Lorri L. Hare (Bill); his sister Debbie Peak (Virgil); his stepgrandchildren, Katlyn Hare, Kole McGee and Karlee McGee; and his nephew Scotty Peak.
