He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Coulter and Dora Rich Coulter; and his daughter Deborah Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Jewell Lindsey Coulter; his children, Rebecca Coulter, Jeff Coulter (Karen), Greg Coulter (Susan) and Randy Coulter; and his grandchildren, Chad Wheeler, Monica Burr, Brandon Coulter, Brent Coulter, Sara Coulter, Heather Ross, Wesley Coulter, Jodi Sims, Adam Turner, Zachery Coulter, Ashlea Coulter and Hannah Coulter. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
