She is survived by: her husband Thomas Glen Butrum of Franklin, KY; her sons, Christopher Collins and Jalan Lee Thomas Butrum of Franklin, KY; her siblings, Melvin Collins of Smiths Grove, KY, Carl Stephens and Virginia Collins of Dublin, VA; her half-sister Carla Chapman of Abingdon, VA; and her grandsons, Zachary Collins and Duran Collins.
