She is survived by: her husband Kelvin Dale Lockhart; her children, Pamela Elaine Payne, Michael Dale Lockhart and Timothy Wayne Lockhart; her granddaughter Rylee Sage Rodgers; her siblings, Debbie Vinson (Gary), Melissa Sowards (Jon), Phyllis Nalley (Jimmy), Donna Bennett (Jason), Rhonda Harrod, Terry Harrod (late Susan) and Kevin Harrod (Lacy); her mother-in-law Clarine Lockhart; and her brothers-in-law, Gary and Scotty Lockhart (Ginny). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
