She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William English and Sarah Emma English; and her siblings, Mattie English Felkins, Emily English Morris, Mary English Vold, James William English, Charles Henry English, Carrie English Jordan, John Robert English, Frances English, Briscoe English and Louise English Rasdall.

She is survived by: her sons, John Tarter (Judy) and David Tarter. She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Smiths Grove Methodist Church.
