He is survived by: his wife Pamela Willis Pearson; his children, Tyra Pearson and Justin "Cornbread" Pearson; his grandchildren, A'Nivyah Pearson, Tayanah Woods and N'Kyrah Dillard; his siblings, Ralph Pearson (Ellen), Curtis Pearson, Jennifer Pearson Meriwether (Greg) and Jeanette Roberts; and his sister-in-law Frances Pearson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
