He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Mills and Mable Marie Skaggs Mills; his grandson Jeromy Cole Adams; and his brother Terry Lee Mills. He is survived by: his children, William E. Mills (Michelle) and Teri Marie Adams; his grandchildren, Willie Mills, Trevor Mills, Jacob Mills, Emily Mills, Kaden Bowles, Kaleigh Bowles and Kason Bowles; and his siblings, Steve Mills (Pam), Gary Mills (Melissa), Linda Collins, Angie Fox, Teresa Minton (Billy), Debbie Jones (Ricky) and Penny Huddleston (Mark). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
