She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Freeman Stogsdill and Zola Barnett Stogsdill; her husband Cecil Bolton; her siblings, Delno Stogsdill, Leo Stogsdill and Pauline Sears; and her nephew Delvin Stogsdill.
She is survived by: her son Jackie Stogsdill (Paulette) of Somerset; her grandsons, David King (Lou Ann) of Glasgow and Robert King (Lena) of Monticello; her great grandchildren, Tyler King of Albany, William King of Monticello, Andrew King of Berea and Morgan Rose of Richmond; and her niece Lois Mounce (Phillip) of Somerset.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whetstone Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Whetstone Cemetery Fund in memory of Altean Bolton.
