It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Pierce (Somerset, Kentucky), who passed away on May 13, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Lane and Josie Stringer Lane; her former husband Charles; her daughter Roberta Love Collins; her siblings, Sandra Lane Blevins, William Lane and Curtis Lane; her brothers-in-law, Paul Blevins, Marvin Cook and Bobby Stevens; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Pierce.
She is survived by: her spouse Beecher Pierce; her daughters, Brenda Love Sosbe, Georgia and Constance Love Hines; her adoptive sons, Beecher Timothy Pierce (Tim) of Somerset and William Anthony Pierce (Tony) of Somerset; and her siblings, Mike Lane of Somerset, Eva Lane Cook, Geraldine Lane Stevens and Lucreta Lane Turpin. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
