He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Rosa Blackburn Kirby, Burgess Kirby, Joe McClure and Sybil McClure; and his father William Dean Kirby.
He is survived by : his mother Christine Kirby of Mt. Vernon; his children, Richard Lee Kirby of Mt. Vernon, KY. and Tina Renee Kirby of Somerset; his children-in-law, Casey and Donald Ray Brown; his sister Sheila Dykes of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Ryder and Kaylee Kirby of Mt. Vernon.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 23rd 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 23rd 2020 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
