She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Rowe and Wanda Maxey Rowe; her brother Danny Rowe; and her parents-in-law, Jep Piercy and Mary Penticuff Piercy.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Piercy; her daughter Natasha Wooley (Justin Dykes) of Somerset; her siblings, Randolph Rowe of Somerset and Mary Deaton (Jamey) of Somerset; her brother-in-law Kenneth Piercy of Lexington; and her grandson Keaton Wooley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Rosie Piercy Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
