She was predeceased by: her father Tony Blevins. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Smith Blevins of Somerset; her sons, Peyton and Colton Foster of Somerset; her grandparents, Charles and Ruby Taylor of Somerset; her brother Chris Blevins of Somerset; her sibling's children, Lucas Blevins of Somerset and Shequoya Phillips (Danny) of Lancing, TN; and her great-nephew Tyson Phillips of Lancing, TN. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stephanie's son's savings.
