She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel L. Ratliff Sr. and Mertie G. Osborne Ratliff; and her brother Samuel L. Ratliff III. She is survived by : her niece Jenny Ratliff Potts; her husband Jerry Conley; and her sisters, Barbara Jean Mullins of Pound, VA., Gloria Howerton of South Portsmouth, KY. and Joyce Stapleton (Douglas) of Greenup, KY.
