He is survived by : his spouse Marion Anne Mulligan; his children, David C. Mulligan II (Pam) of Guilford and Tracy M. Humble (Dennis) of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Katharine Humble, Laura Humble, Madeline, Benjamin and Grace Mulligan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's name to St. Vincent dePaul Society, St. Rose Legacy Fund or ALS Association, which are most welcome and appreciated.
