She is survived by: her husband James Edward "Chuck" Schmiers; and her siblings, Donald Propes (Shirley), Darrell Propes (Phyllis), Norman Propes, Lester Propes, Brenda Luster, Linda Payton, Wanda Johnson and Kimberly Stacy.
