She is survived by: her children, Richard Rowe of Stanford, KY, Johnny Rowe of Stanford, KY, Darlene Spillman of Stanford, KY and Christi Rowe of Stanford, KY; her siblings, Leslie Payne, Jimmy Payne and Wanda Gross of Lancaster, KY; and her great great grandchildren, Jesse Owens and Liam Rowe. She is also survived by grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren.
