She was predeceased by: her son John W. Sallee III; and her brother Lawrence "Lonnie" Long. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Doss (Rodney) of Waynesburg, KY; her grandchildren, James Jackson (Angela) of Colbert, GA, Emily Sallee and John W. Sallee IV; and her daughter-in-law Terri Sallee of Acworth, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
