She was predeceased by: her mother Jackie Purvis. She is survived by: her daughter Gabrielle Grayce Griffin of Stanford, KY; her husband Daniel Griffin of Stanford, KY; her stepfather Jody Purvis; her father Tim Phillips, Sr.; her brothers, Joe Therrien and Tim Phillips, Jr.; her stepbrother Tyler Purvis; and her close friend Jessica Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
