Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lida Hobbs (Stanford, Kentucky), born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 99, on February 20, 2018. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Hobbs Cox of Stanford, KY; her granddaughter Holly Hobbs of Sneads Ferry, NC; her great grandchildren, Logan Cox, Ryan Cox and Leighanne Apke; her significant other Ella Mae Curlis; her son Allen B. Hobbs; her brothers, Calvin Jenkins, Rodney Jenkins, Kean Jenkins and Bethel Jenkins; and also Lynn Cox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to the Stanford Baptist Church Choir Fund and/or the Lida Hobbs Memorial Scholarship Fund for graduates of Stanford Elementary School.
