Banks, Jr. and Michael Elliott; her siblings, Gary Bush (Janice), Mary Belle Lasure (Manles) of Stanford, KY and Velma Cordier of Stanford, KY; her grandchildren, Jaelindsey Gentry and Chelsea Banks; her great grandchildren, Blakley, Bristol, Adley, London and Havana; and her siblings' children, Jody Lasure, Jeff Lasure, Jeremy Smith and Bethany Smith.
