With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lucille Hammons of Stanford, Kentucky, born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, who passed away on May 7, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Hammons, Jr.; her parents, Chad Middleton and Maude Middleton (Smith); her son Gerald Wayne Hammons; and her brother Chad Middleton, Jr..

She is survived by : her sisters-in-law, Geraldene and Tommye Middleton5; her granddaughters, Tracy Carol Curtsinger (Charles), Christy Lynn Anderson (Eric), Jennifer Anne Bandura (Kevin), Stephenie Lynn Duncan (David) and Michelle Lee Stinnett (Mike); her great grandchildren, Mendyn, Matthew Duncan, Kalyn Gollar, Tayler, Brakton Stinnett, Kaycie, Kade Bandura, Keith Brooks, Katrina Sexton (Brennan), Shawn Curtisinger (Lisa), Karla Curtsinger and A. J. Curtsinger (Chastity); and her great great grandchildren, Aden, Jocelyn Brooks, Kaitlyn, Chase Curtsinger, Barran, Kason Sexton, Kadence and Cohen EdwardsSeveral.
