He is survived by: his daughters, Tionna Leavell Burchfield (Gerald Jr.) of Stanford, KY and Samantha Cheyenne Coulter of Stanford, KY; his siblings, James Morgan Hodgens II of Stanford, KY and Melissa Darlene Hodgens Whitis (Chris) of Stanford, KY; his grandchildren, Justice, Raeleigha Burchfield and Layla Leavell; his nieces, Kayla Michelle Coulter and Latisha Johnson; his cousins, Robert "Boo" Coulter (Tammy) and Charles "Chucky" Coulter; and his aunts, Sue Coulter and Patty Coulter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.
