She is survived by: her parent Ona Mae Hiter Middleton; her children, Michael Tarter (Linda) of Harrodsburg, Joey Tarter of Stanford and Marquetta Sue Tarter of Stanford; her grandchildren, Cynthia Ann Tarter of Stanford, Christopher Dakota Tarter of Stanford, Trevor Ty of Stanford, Jordan Tarter (Sara Holt) of Stanford and Braxston Johnson of Stanford; her great grandchildren, Jordan Trevor Tarter and Gracie Mae Tarter; her siblings, Michael Dale Middleton of Perryville and Rosa L. Middleton Davis of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Lucille Justice and Honorary Pallbearers; and also Lucille Justice of Waynesburg.
