He is survived by: his spouse Lindsey Chadwell; his children, Madalyn Kennedy and Duff Chadwell; his mother Susan Chadwell; his nephews, Ethan, Stuart, Haydn, Rohmer, Coen, Eli, Jacob, Knox, Chad, Grady, Easton and Hayes; his parents-in-law, Cindy Nickless and Randy Porter; his siblings-in-law, Jerrod Porter (Penny) and Hillary Mersiovsky (Derrik); his nieces and nephews, Logan, Mackenzie, Matthew, Gavin, Mckalynn, Mitchell, Kaylee and Myka; his grandparent Mable Chadwell of Stanford, KY.; his stepdaughter Madalyn; and also, Michelle Bjork (Dave), Diana Brown (Matt), Leslie Moorman (Chris), Jimmy Chadwell (Jenny), Duff Chadwell (Jordan), Dane Chadwell (Sunny), Art Quinn and Madonna Ellis. He is also survived by son, brother, father, uncle and nephew.
