She was predeceased by: her siblings, Darrel Hubbard, Dorothy Mullins and Lockie Salyers. She is survived by: her children, James Darrel Caudill (Joan) of Richmond, KY, Nancy Smith (Johnny) of Stanford, KY and Ruthann Sykes (Gary) of Scottsville, KY; and her siblings, Donald Hubbard and Leola Caudill. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
