She was predeceased by: her siblings, Fred Delk, Jr., James Delk, Ray Delk, Jack Delk, Johnny Delk, Fay Thompson, Peggy Melton and Judy Clark.
She is survived by: her parents, Fred Delk and Ruth Adams Delk; her husband Gene Walter Moore; her children, Roy Daniel Moore (June) of McKinney, KY, Jeff Scott Moore (Kim) of Jumbo, KY and Mary Katherine Fakharpour of Lexington, KY; her sister Sue Thompson (Howard) of Springfield, TN; her grandchildren, Melanie Coffman Grosjean (Joel), Daniel Moore, Derick Moore (Samantha), Laura Coffman Parker (Robbie), Megan Moore Mason (Jerrett), Emily Moore Hamm (Jessie) and Kayvan Fakharpour; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Tuck and Bode. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be given to Hospice of the Bluegrass and/or American Cancer Society.
