With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Stevens (Stanford, Kentucky), born in Versailles, Kentucky, who passed away on October 20, 2018 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Anthony Coleman of Stanford, KY, Tiffany Lynn Coleman of Stanford, KY and Felicia Carol Salyers (Aaron) of Crab Orchard, KY; and her siblings, Archie Luster Stevens, Jr. (Sheila) of Lancaster, KY, Susan Adams (Robert) of Waynesburg, KY and Michelle York (Jason) of Owingsville, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
