He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Green and Mary Margaret Gibbons Thompson; and his siblings, Richard Thompson and Clara Sue. He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Stamper, Robert, Mary Margaret, Kirorei, Rebecca, Thomas, Cathleen and Newton; and his sister Treva Jane Nash. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
