She was predeceased by: her spouse Dorris West; and her parents, Harry Francis and Louetta Gibbs Francis. She is survived by: her children, Dorris West Jr., Chuck West, Gary West and Delania Phillips. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
