He is survived by: his son Jimmy Pitzer; his wife Patsy Powell Pitzer; his son Johnny Pitzer; and his stepchildren, Levi Caddell, Chelsey Caddell (Butch), Rosanna Smallwood (Caddell), David Caddell, Pam Caddell, Michael Hensley (Kelly) and Anthony Blaine (Sara). He is also survived by grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
