She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thompson and Evelyn V. Carmen Thompson; and her husband Roger Wayne Elder. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Bell (Scott) of Mount Washington and Gevin Elder of Warrenton, Missouri; and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
