She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Shouse and Alfa Williams Shouse; her former husband John "Wink" Winkler; her husband Harry Nethery; her daughter Teresa Winkler; and her sister Irene Shouse Roberts.
She is survived by: her cousin Sue Moody (Jerry) of Taylorsville; her caregiver Terry Bracken; and her friend Jeff Moore of Bowling Green.
