He was predeceased by: his parents, David Raphel and Mattie Lucille Keeling Goodlett; his wife Vickie Lynn Goodlett; and his brothers, Danny Wayne, Ronnie, Earl and Glenn Goodlett.
He is survived by: his children, Tamitha Lynn Goodlett of Mt. Eden, Evan Raphel Goodlett, Jr. (Sherry) of Jeremy David and Aaron Wesley Goodlett of Taylorsville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
