She is survived by: her husband Timothy Taylor; her children, Adrian Elmehalawy, Claude Brooks Jr. and Forest Brooks; her grandchildren, Ali, Savannah, Whitney, Jada, Leah and Amelia; her niece Ashley Croft; and her nephew Larry Spray.
