He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Riney Fowler; his children, Janet Fowler Corum and Steve Fowler (Kathy); his siblings, Millie Royal, Barbara Hamilton, Janie Ray, Pat Fowler (Celeste), Wanda Fowler, Joe Fowler (Thelma), Betty Mattingly and Bob Fowler (Edie); and his grandchildren, Karie Raeuchle Madden (Donnie), Bryant Fowler (Erica) and Samantha Fowler. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
