She is survived by: her spouse Oney Isaacs; her children, Oney Dwayne Isaacs (Stephanie) of Teaberry, Kentucky and Misty Slone (Terry) of Teaberry, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jakkob, Braxton and Seth; her great grandchild Addyson; and her siblings, Jimmie Ray Riley of Forrest, Kenneth Darrell Riley of Forrest, Lester Chambers of Teaberry, John Wayne Chambers of California, Kathleen Isaac of Teaberry, Rita Chambers of Logan Port and Vivian Thorton of South Carolina.
