She is survived by: her parents, Betty Lou Kiser Jervis and Clarence Bentley (Kathy); her daughters, Courtney Taylor of Raccoon, KY, Brooke Taylor of Stanville, KY and Amber Taylor of Prestonsburg, KY; her granddaughter Layla Rose; her brothers, Dwayne Bentley of Albion, MI and Thomas Bentley of Teaberry, KY; and her boyfriend Bobby Hall of Teaberry.
