He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Hamilton and Olivia Hall Hamilton; his children, Reao Hamilton Jr. and Rebecca Hamilton; and his siblings, Willie Jean Hamilton, Jackie Hamilton and Nora Lou Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Tiesha Bryant Hamilton; his children, Travis Hamilton of Teaberry, Leo Hamilton of Elkhorn, Cleo Hamilton of Prestonsburg, Rono Hamilton of McDowell, Kentucky, Toshia Lafferty (Mason) of Grethel, Keisha Hamilton of Teaberry and Ashley Tidwell of McDowell, Kentucky; his sisters, Clara Hamilton of Teaberry, Mary Mullins of Price, Norma Newsome of Hi Hat, Loretta Wright and Lorene Halbert of Hazard, Kentucky; and his close friends, Bryan Vance, Keneshia Newsome, Johnda, Lester Chamber and Host. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren & 35 Great Grandchildren.
