It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharlene Blackburn of Tomahawk, Kentucky, who passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Asa and Dorothy Ward Ray; and her daughter Stephanie Blackburn Farnham. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shelby Dalton (Matt), Asa and Ava Farnham; her sister Doris Ray Blevins; her niece Jane Blevins McClelland (Jack); her nephew Jerry Blevins (Shelli); and her great grandchildren, Theo and Stephanie Dalton. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and dear co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, Kentucky or your favorite charity.
