It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Stacy (Tomahawk, Kentucky), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Stacy and Gracie Howell Stacy. He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Swafford Stacy of Martin, KY; his children, Jeffery Adams of Ashland, KY and Kaitlyn Grace Stacy of Martin, KY; and his sisters, Donna Mollett Hinkle of Louisa, KY and Teresa Whitt of Louisa, KY. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, in-laws, and friends.
Due to the covid-19 virus, they are to be no food or drinks brought to the church. All in attendance is required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
