She was predeceased by: her parents, Verda Simpson (Wood) and Benjamin Harris Simpson; her husband Furman Lane; her siblings, Paul Simpson (Emma), Wayne Simpson (Reva), Bow Hon, Jackie Ben Simpson and Martha Jane Simpson; and her siblings' children, Jerry Simpson, Larry Wright and Connie Crowe Hollinsworth.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Katherine Simpson of Tompkinsville, KY and Winona Simpson of Crossville, TN; and her sibling's children, Kelly Crowe, Ricky Simpson, Randy Simpson, Angela Simpson Hughes, Janet Simpson Durmiaki, Jesse W. Simpson, Benny J Simpson, Louise Simpson Hays, Leslie Wright, Mae Dean Simpson Amos, Mary Jane Simpson Shafer and Martha Sue Simpson Walsh. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Tompkinsville Baptist Church or Bethlehem Cemetery.
