Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Monroe County Memorial (529 Capp Harlan Rd, Tompkinsville, KY 42167).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Brad's memory may be made to Shanti Niketan Hospice House.
