He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Ruth Tudor; and his grandchild Skylar Elizabeth Geralds. He is survived by: his wife Mary Doyle Hix Clements of Tompkinsville; his children, Steve Clements (Sandra, Galen Clements) and Jill Geralds (Donald) of Tompkinsville; and his brothers, Connie Mack, Carrell Clements and Clark Clements. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
