With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Curtis (Tompkinsville, Kentucky), who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Fred Butler Sr. and Betty J. Head Butler. She is survived by: her husband Steve Curtis; her son Brad Curtis; her brother Joe Fred Butler Jr.; her sister-in-law Linda Dodson (Marrs); her sibling's children, Kim Walden (Chris) and Jason Dodson (Amy); and her great-nephew Will Dodson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to Center Point Cemetery or Sid Yokley Cemetery in memory of Carolyn, and may be made at the Funeral Home.
