She is survived by: her parents, John Baker (Jennifer) of Gallatin and Yvonne Spears (Danny) of Castalian Springs; her husband William "Bozo" Gearlds of Tompkinsville; her children, Ashley Puckett of Lebanon and Logan Puckett of Lebanon; her granddaughter Aspen; and her siblings, Heather Harris (Jason) of Scottsville, Brittney Jarrett (Kyle) of Mt. Juliet, Lycrecia Williams of Nashville, John Eades of Mt. Juliet, James Baker of Gallatin, Shawn Baker of Gallatin and Brandon Willis (Patti) of Gallatin.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bartley & Sons Funeral Home (204 Columbia Ave, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
