She is survived by: her sons, Stevie (Stephanie Butler) of Burkesville, KY and Roger Dale (Janice Butler) of Glasgow, KY.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Jessica, Sarah and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Heather, Briana, Lane, Luke and Raylan.
