She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Moran and Mattie Mae Moran (Yoder); her husband Richard Ernest Fansler; her son Richard Ernest Fansler, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Mary Mast.

She is survived by : her children, Bill Fansler (Denice) of Myrtle Beach and Stephanie Norris (Paul) of Tompkinsville; her grandchildren, Tyler Norris (Kayla), Cody Norris, Jessica Martin and Adam Fansler; and her siblings, Renee Burch (Dennis), Lora Newman, Betty Pygott (Carl) and Mike Howell.
